The Man Cave Store is here to help you answer your questions about your Man Cave needs.
My neon light broke. What’s wrong with it?
If the glass is not broken, then the most likely culprit is the transformer. A new transformer installed on your sign averages $50-$75.
If you have a broken piece of glass, the repair cost can vary based on the complexity of the broken piece of glass.
A small or simple bend can cost as little as $40-$50. A more complex, larger piece can run upwards of $100.
Another repair option for a broken piece of glass is to find an all ready bent replacement piece. Sometimes this is a less expensive option.
What if the transformer is good and I don’t see any broken tubes?
Sometimes the glass will develop a hairline crack that you don’t see, but it allows the gas to escape and makes it useless.
Do you fix broken neon lights at the Man Cave Décor Store?
Yes & No. If your neon just needs a transformer, then it’s very likely I will be able to repair it for you. If your neon has broken glass, I will have to send it to one of my neon professionals.
What if I don’t really want to pay to have it fixed? Is my neon worth anything?
Absolutely, Depending on if it has broken glass or a broken transformer, I pay between $20-$75.
Just bring your broken neon in to the Man Cave Décor Store and I will give you an estimate for repair or make you an offer to buy your broken neon.
